Who Can Request Replacements?
1.1 You can ask for a replacement only if:
- The materials were damaged or defective when you got them.
- The number of items you received is wrong.
1.2 You must tell GSTEP about any problems with your materials within 2 days after receiving them.
- You need to show proof (like pictures) to confirm the problem.
- If you wait longer than 2 days, your request won’t be considered.

2.1 To request a replacement, fill out the online form
Make sure to include the following details indicated in the form.
- What Happens Next?
3.1 If your request is approved:
- The GSTEP team will send you replacement materials for free.
3.2 Replacements will be delivered to the same address you used for the original order, unless you ask for a different address.
3.3 If the exact material isn’t available, we will provide a similar item of the same or better quality.
- Limits on Replacements
4.1 Each team can only ask for a one-time replacement for their materials.
4.2 If it’s found that the materials were broken or damaged on purpose, the request will be denied.
- Costs and Delays
5.1 GSTEP will not cover any extra costs, such as shipping fees or customs charges, related to replacing materials.
5.2 We cannot compensate for delays or project disruptions caused by material issues or the replacement process.
- Safety and Responsibility
6.1 GSTEP is not responsible for accidents or damages caused by using the materials incorrectly.
6.2 Material replacements are only offered at GSTEP’s discretion, and their decision is final.
